SER, ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Intelligent Content Automation ("ICA") Software im Enterprise Content Management ("ECM") Markt, gab heute bekannt, dass TA Associates ("TA"), eine strategische Wachstumsinvestition in das Unternehmen getätigt hat. Carlyle, seit 2018 in SER investiert, begrüßen TA als neuen Hauptinvestor.
